What is a transaction?

A transaction is an operation whose purpose is the signing of one or more documents by one or more signatories, which may be accompanied by additional steps such as document validation or the addition of attachments.

A workspace (or Signaturit Universign account) is a shared environment that allows multiple users to collaborate to send, track and manage transactions

What is a user?

A user (or member) is a person with a unique ID and paid access to a workspace. 

Members of a workspace can perform various actions, such as creating, sending and managing transactions, depending on the rights granted to them.  

What is the price of electronic signatures for SMEs?

Our pricing is per transaction. In one transaction, you can send up to 20 documents to be signed and request up to 50 signatures.  

The Business plan is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses. It starts at 20€ (launch offer) per user per month and includes: 

  • up to 10 monthly transactions per user for simple signatures, 
  • collaborative features and productivity tools,  
  • a monthly subscription with no commitment.  

 

This electronic signature pricing is designed to offer an excellent balance between performance, compliance and cost control.  

Can the 10 transactions per user be used by other users of the account?

Yes, because they are actually linked to the account and not to the user.  

For example, if you purchase 4 users, you get 40 transactions per month, which can be sent by one or more of your users. 

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes, your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each (monthly) period so that you can continue to send and sign documents without interruption. Any subscription taken out online can be cancelled at any time from your account.  

Is there a free plan or trial version?

Yes! You can try out the platform with a 14-day free trial, without having to enter your credit card details. This trial period allows you to discover the main features and experiment with online electronic signatures before choosing the offer that suits you best.  

How much does an electronic signature cost?

The price of an electronic signature depends on the offer you choose. Our pricing is per transaction. In one transaction, you can send up to 20 documents to be signed and request up to 50 signatures.  

You can start for free with our 14-day trial, then opt for our Business plam from 20€ per user per month (launch offer) with no commitment. For the specific needs of large companies, we offer a tailor-made Enterprise plan.

What are the different types of signatures defined by eIDAS?

The eIDAS regulation defines two levels of electronic signature: advanced signature and qualified signature.  

The simple signature, which is not described by eIDAS but is widely used for signature operations with a low risk of dispute, is distinguished by its simplicity of implementation.  

  • Simple signature: a simple process with SMS authentication to secure the signature, if necessary. 
  • Advanced signature: a level particularly suited to sensitive transactions thanks to online identification of the signatory and the issuance of a certificate valid for 3 years. 
  • Qualified signature: The eIDAS qualified signature, a level often required for the most sensitive transactions, which is distinguished by online identification of the signatory, in accordance with eIDAS requirements, resulting in the issuance of a certificate valid for 5 years, as well as two-factor authentication during the signature process.
