The challenge
Operating 24/7, 365 days a year, Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu had to manage a large volume of HR documentation — employment contracts, renewals, payrolls, and declarations — that traditionally required in-person signatures.
The HR department faced two main challenges:
