To take another step in its digital transformation and meet new consumer habits, the company decided to optimize its contract management processes with Atlas Cloud and the digital signature solutions of Validated ID, now part of Signaturit Group.

The proposal combined two digital signature modalities to cover all business scenarios:
- Biometric in-person signing on tablet: robust, secure, and agile, ideal for strengthening the relationship with homeowners’ association managers during face-to-face meetings, reducing paperwork and freeing up more time for the customer.
- Remote signing: allows managers to sign offers from anywhere and on any device (computer, tablet, or mobile), streamlining contracting and eliminating delays.
