1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY THE DATA CONTROLLER
At Signaturit Group, we want to offer you a secure and reliable browsing experience and service. To this end, we have implemented this Privacy Policy, which complies with the security measures required by European Regulation 679/2016 of 27 April on the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, GDPR) and by the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantees of Digital Rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD).

2. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
Signaturit Group will not provide User data to third parties, except to those entities that make up Signaturit Group, as detailed in the Legal Notice. In the event that Signaturit Group intends to communicate your personal data to a third party, it may only do so after requesting your consent, which must be obtained in accordance with the legal requirements established for such cases.
If you subscribe to contact forms for the purposes described in section I above from the French-language (FR) website, the Data Controller for the personal data provided could be the French company Cryptolog International (Universign – Signaturit Group), whose corporate and contact details are set out in the Legal Notice, which will process them in accordance with this Policy.
No international transfers are envisaged beyond those provided for in the data processors.
3. OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND PARTICULARITIES
The services, access to content and product offerings on this website are exclusively reserved for persons over the age of 18. Signaturit Group shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User or to third parties who may be harmed by identity theft or any other negative consequences arising from the User’s failure to comply with this requirement. For this reason, Signaturit Group expressly informs that any person who provides their personal data declares and confirms that they are of the minimum age, and the contracting of Signaturit Group services and the corresponding provision of personal data is prohibited when it involves minors.
Likewise, the User shall be solely responsible for the security measures implemented in relation to the protection of their personal data, and Signaturit Group shall not be liable for situations arising as a result of the failure to implement the appropriate security measures or for any lack of diligence on the part of the User, nor shall it be liable for causes or damages caused by third parties outside Signaturit Group, including fortuitous events and/or force majeure.
4. ON THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OPPOSITION, PORTABILITY AND ERASURE
Signaturit Group provides the User with the necessary means to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and erasure at any time they deem appropriate. To do so, the User may claim the exercise of the aforementioned rights via the email address or postal address indicated at the beginning of this Policy, expressly stating in the subject line the right they wish to exercise.
In order to comply with the principles of information and transparency, basic information on the rights provided is briefly detailed below:

5. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Signaturit Group has a corporate profile on the social networks Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram. Users are hereby informed that in these cases Signaturit Group may “follow” their activity, be “followed” and that these profiles have been created for the main purpose of advertising the products and services offered by Signaturit Group.
If the User has a profile on any of the aforementioned social networks, they may join the page created by Signaturit Group, showing interest in the information advertised on the corresponding social network.
By joining the Signaturit Group page, the User is giving their consent for the processing of the personal data published in their profile by Signaturit Group for the purpose of managing and publishing content or information that may appear on their profiles or walls that are associated with our company or collaborators and which we believe may be of interest to them.
The User may access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The User’s data on the Social Network will be processed by Signaturit Group solely within the Social Network itself and will under no circumstances be processed outside of it.
The exercise of rights by the user will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network itself and Signaturit Group’s ability to access information from User profiles.
Signaturit Group reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which Users linked to its page may participate. The legal terms and conditions of each contest or promotion will be published on the Social Network when the Social Network itself is used for this purpose, always in compliance with the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and any other applicable regulations. Likewise, it will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any case, if it decides to process your contact details for direct commercial prospecting, it will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of data protection and information society regulations.
