Flokk, a European leader in the design and production of sustainable furniture, manages more than 600 sales and rental contracts every year. With a portfolio that includes renowned brands such as HÅG, Giroflex, and Profim, the company needed to modernize its contract management in order to increase efficiency, improve the customer experience, and reduce its reliance on paper, in line with its sustainability strategy.
The challenge
Before implementation, Flokk’s contract signing processes faced several limitations:
- Slow contract execution → the exchange of physical documents, delivery times, and lack of traceability slowed down the completion of agreements.
- Lack of visibility → both clients and employees often did not know the exact status of a contract.
- Paper dependency → incompatible with the company’s environmental goals.
- High administrative burden → reviewing, filing, and manually tracking 40–50 page contracts required significant time and internal resources.
The solution
With the support of its technology partner OPTANIUM, Flokk integrated the electronic signature service from Validated ID —now part of Signaturit Group— through the eurosignatur.de platform.
The model combined two signature modalities, tailored to different needs:
- Digital certificate signing: used internally by supervisors and directors to approve and ratify contracts quickly and securely.
- Remote biometric signing: for clients, ensuring trust, legal validity, and ease of use from anywhere.
This new workflow enabled Flokk to move from manual, inefficient processes to a fully digital system, with end-to-end control and traceability from negotiation through final ratification.
The results
The implementation of Validated ID’s electronic signature —now part of Signaturit Group— represented a radical improvement in Flokk’s contract efficiency. In less than a year, the company moved from a slow, paper-dependent model to a 100% digital and scalable system.
