YOUR PROFILE
Context:
As a Salesforce Developer Administrator at Signaturit, you will be entrusted with managing all Salesforce configurations, crafting a long-term technical roadmap, and overseeing the integration of external tools.
Your role is pivotal in harnessing the full potential of Salesforce to support our company’s growth.
What experience and skills do I need?
- At least 4 years in a Salesforce support team, preferably as a technical lead, junior architect, or senior administrator in a SaaS company or consultancy firm.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, especially SalesCloud, with proven
- experience in successful Salesforce integrations.
- Mandatory advanced Salesforce administrator certifications, including Force.com
- Advanced Developer (DEV501), Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, and
- Salesforce Administrator.
- Technical-functional mastery of the Salesforce solution, encompassing Apex,
- Visualforce (AJAX, Javascript), web services, interfaces, Sales Cloud, and Service
- Cloud.
- Test Management and Deployment: Skilled in managing test scenarios and
- deploying new features across various environments.
- Native Spanish spaker, Fluency in English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in international teams.
YOUR MISSION
What will you do at Signaturit Group?
- Technical Roadmap Development: Construct a comprehensive technical roadmap to navigate short, medium, and long-term advancements needed to meet business objectives.
- Advanced Salesforce Management: Handle advanced administration, development (including Apex/Visualforce), and configuration of Salesforce.com. This involves defining project scopes, designing solutions, and analyzing technical constraints.
- Salesforce Architectural Design and Deployment: Lead the architectural design and deployment of Salesforce solutions within our infrastructure.
- System Interface Validation: Validate the interfaces of information systems linked with Salesforce.
- Collaborative Technical Workshops: Facilitate technical workshops in collaboration with our Operations and Data departments.
- Application Testing and Management: Oversee testing phases, acceptance, and production deployment of Salesforce applications.
- Technical Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the technical aspects of Salesforce applications.
- Administration and Support: Manage administrative tasks such as user administration, permissions, access rights, and troubleshooting of bugs and incidents.
- Efficient Process Design: Establish processes for effectively gathering requirements from different departments, prioritizing requests, and owning delivery timelines.
- Salesforce Environment Optimization: Rework all technical processes in Salesforce, including process builders, flows, apex classes, and triggers, to enhance efficiency.
- System Documentation: Document all interconnections between Salesforce and other systems, including batch interactions, jobs, and apex classes.
- External Tool Integration Management: Scope and manage the integration of external tools with Salesforce, considering the impacts and interactions with existing processes and flows.
