YOUR PROFILE
Context:
As the Field Marketing Manager for Spain, you will play a co-responsible role in achieving our commercial objectives, working in partnership with the Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.Your primary responsibility involves a significant contribution to our Marketing-driven pipeline generation in Spain, in alignment with both the overarching group and the regional Go-To-Market strategies. This includes executing integrated campaigns in partnership with global Marketing Teams, aimed at acquiring new clients and enhancing sales opportunities with existing ones.
Additionally, you will develop local brand awareness plans, promoting both the Signaturit Group and the Signaturit brand within the region
What experience and skills do I need?
- A solid 4-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Field Marketing or Demand Generation roles.
- Strong awareness of the B2B sector, and the Software industry.
- Proficiency in orchestrating campaigns, optimizing messaging, and managing the customer journey from prospect to client.
- Experience with marketing automation tools: SalesForce is a Must-Have, and ideally Hubspot.
- Fluent in Spanish (native level), proficient in English (B2/C1 level), (French is a plus!).
YOUR MISSION
What will you do at Signaturit Group?
- Strategic Planning:Develop and implement an ambitious semi-annual marketing plan, underpinned by data insights. This plan should be in lockstep with the objectives of our Sales and Business Development teams, aiming to realize a robust 25% year-over-year growth.
- Integrated Campaign Management:Tailor and spearhead comprehensive marketing campaigns for our Enterprise and Commercial markets. These campaigns should complement and amplify our group-level initiatives, leveraging local acquisition channels such as Digital Platforms, Event Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Local Lead Generation:Drive targeted lead generation efforts through campaigns specifically designed around Buyer Personas or Industry sectors. Ensure meticulous attention to data enrichment and follow-up on leads in collaboration with our Business Development and Sales teams.
- Partner Marketing Initiatives:Evaluate and execute strategic ‘to Partner’ and ‘through Partner’ campaigns to uncover new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of partners including ISVs, Integrators, and Consultants.
- ROI and Performance Analysis:Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales Spain to set shared goals. Monitor and assess the volume of leads generated, their progression to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), meetings, and eventual conversion into tangible business opportunities. Focus on enhancing the speed and efficiency of these conversions throughout the sales funnel.
- Advocate for Marketing in Spain: Act as the marketing team’s representative, communicating local needs and insights back to the group. This includes input on messaging, campaign strategies, deliverables, and support. Play a pivotal role in local team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions.
You should possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive strategic business discussions, set priorities, and evaluate success metrics.
A collaborative spirit is essential, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Global marketing, Sales, Business development representatives (BDRs), Customer Success, and legal departments.
Be proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Autonomy, initiative, and adaptability are key traits for success in this role.
