YOUR PROFILE
Signaturit is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end design process. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the user experience and aesthetic of our products, balancing innovative design thinking with practical requirements.
What experience and skills do I need?
- Portfolio: we don’t expect a fancy showcase of your ultimate interface design. We expect to see a realistic process, explaining possible solutions to real problems. One detailed, real case study of a small problem is better than three full-app redesigns.
- 2-3 years of experience as a product designer owning the end to end process (user research, definition, wireframing, prototyping, testing, implementation, and documentation).
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
- Proficient with Figma.
- Capacity to apply design practices to deliver solid, iterable solutions.
- Be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into usable, intuitive, and functional digital user interfaces.
- Updated with technology and product design trends and best practices.
YOUR MISSION
What will you do at Signaturit Group?
- End-to-end Design Process Ownership: Own the entire design process, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Methodology Application: Skillfully apply design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies, adapting flexibly to suit product requirements and team contexts.
- Guidelines and Best Practices: Establish and promote product design guidelines, best practices, and standards, all grounded in a deep understanding of user behavior.
- Design Solutions Development: Develop design solutions informed by usability testing and data analysis, ensuring high usability and user engagement.
- Design System Enhancement: Support and enhance our design system and component library, contributing to a cohesive and efficient design environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a cross-functional team, seamlessly integrating design with product development.
- Innovative Solutions Implementation: Collaborate with product owners, fellow designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that align with our product goals and company vision.
As a Product Designer at SignaturIt, you will be a key player in driving the functional design of our products, contributing significantly to the user experience. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams, ensuring that our product design aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
