What are we looking for?
As Pre-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for responding to tenders and will provide technical and functional support to members of the sales team in the preparation of sales proposals and demonstrations.
What will your future missions be like? :
- You will be responsible for responding to calls for tender: understanding the needs and challenges of projects and investigating how best to meet customer expectations.
- You will manage the tender response team: make decisions (Go/No GO), define the tender response team and set up the schedule.
- You will provide the sales team with technical and functional expertise on our offering, and be able to guide and answer questions from the customer as they make their decision.
- You will work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, support and project teams to help prioritise functionalities based on feedback from customers.
- You will improve sales techniques and tools, tender response processes and sales support tools for the sales team.
- You will keep a technology watch on all market developments.

- Reports to Vice President of Sales
- Interacts with Sales, Alliance & Partnership, Marketing, Product, Legal, Customer Success

PRE-REQUISITES
What experience and skills do we need?
- Background : BID Manager
- You understand the world of B2B SaaS companies
- You have initial experience in team management
- Passion for new technologies
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in pre-sales in a SaaS environment or in the EDM sector.
- Native in French language and good English level, Spanish is a plus!
- You have excellent verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
