Customer Support Champion


Signaturit is an electronic trust service provider that offers innovative solutions in the field of electronic signatures, certified electronic delivery and electronic identification. With thousands of customers in more than 40 countries, companies that use our services improve efficiency by streamlining their daily, internal and third-party transactions. 

We are currently looking for aCustomer Experience Champion to help us deliver a personal, high-quality post-sales experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of our customer base.

This role will be focused on answering customer queries over email and phone, being able to deliver a prompt, high-quality response, while maintaining a personal voice and help fulfil a customer centric vision in every interaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide first level support for customer queries by email and phone
  • As a customers champion you are able to support them in all aspects through the problem resolution (internally and externally) and close the loop, keeping them informed at all times
  • Escalate issues to the tech team when necessary
  • Work closely with other departments such as Sales and IT to provide assistance and resolve product queries raised by our clients
  • Keep our Knowledge Base and Help Center updated and help improve support strategies
  • Show empathy and be positive at all times
  • Show a personal voice on your communication

Job requirements

  • You have proven experience in Customer Support and have excellent troubleshooting skills
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbally), German is definitely a plus!
  • You have experience in working with CRM & Helpdesk software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • You can understand API concepts and terminology in order to assist with technical API questions and upsell opportunities
  • You enjoy working with customers and making them happy
  • You are a team player always willing to have fun with your Signabuddies!
