Customer Success Advocate

With thousands of customers in more than 40 countries, companies that use our services improve efficiency by streamlining their daily, internal and third-party transactions.


We are currently looking for a Customer Success Advocate to be a part of our Customer Success team and help us deliver a personal, high-quality post-sales experience to lay strong foundations to ensure the success of our customer’s, maximize customer satisfaction and retention of our customer base.

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure customer adoption based on the customer’s use case and needs
  • Guide integration efforts between the customer’s platform and Signaturit
  • Work together with the Sales team to maximize upsell opportunities
  • Online/live training sessions
  • Provide dedicated operational and technical support for accounts of different tiers by email and phone
  • Escalate issues to the tech team accordingly

Job requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Be a positive force that communicates with a personal and positive voice
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbally)
  • Experience in working with Helpdesk software (Zendesk, Helpdesk, Groove …)
  • Understand API concepts and terminology in order to provide technical API support
  • Understand the world of B2B Saas companies
  • A critical thinker and have a keen eye for troubleshooting
  • Believe in doing the right thing and doing it right
  • Show empathy at all times
