What types of electronic signatures exist?
In the European Union, the Regulation (EU) Nº 910/2014 defines three types of electronic signatures:

Simple
It is electronic data linked with other electronic data or logically associated with those used by the signer to sign. -
Advanced
Electronic signature that complies with the requirements established in Article 26 of the Regulation (EU) Nº 910/2014. -
Qualified
Advanced electronic signature created using a qualified device for the creation of electronic signatures and based on a qualified certificate for the electronic signature.
