Steps to send and sign documents online for free with Signaturit

Step 1: Create free account

To send your first document, register for our 7-day free trial, and you can start using our electronic signature immediately. No bank details needed!

Step 2: Set up your document

Upload the document (PDF or Word) to the platform. Set it up by adding all fields that you need the signer to fill in: name, date, signature, etc.

Step 3: Send document to be signed

Set up the shipping by entering the name and email address of the signer. You can also add a personalised message in an email.

Step 4: Receive signature request

The recipient receives an email with a link, which they can click on to open the document—no need to download an app!

Step 5: Sign document online

The recipient signs the document by drawing their signature with a mouse, pen, or finger, depending on the device. Once the process is validated, both the sender and signer will receive a copy of the signed document. Easy!

Are electronic signatures done in the trial period legal?

Yes, all the signatures made through our platform are legally valid in the European Union, and therefore in Spain. In fact, we are qualified trusted service providers, so our solution is compliant with the European eIDAS Regulation.

How long is my free trial?

Signaturit’s free electronic signature trial is valid for 7 days from the day of registration.

How do I get started with the free trial?

Click the “Free Trial” button at the top of the page, fill in your details in the registration form, and then you can start using our platform immediately. Registration is not binding and no credit card is required.

Which features are available in the free trial?

The features included in the Signaturit free trial correspond to our Business+ plan. For more information on our different plans, see our pricing page.

What happens at the end of the trial?

When your free trial expires at the end of 7 days, your signed documents, supporting documents (containing electronic evidence of the signing process), and your data will always remain accessible.

We keep the signed documents and supporting documents for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of signature.

However, you will no longer be able to sign documents online, or use our other services and features, even if you did not use all of your credits during the trial period. To continue using our platform, you will need to register for a paid license.
