What will you do in Signaturit? 💪🏽
Working in an international and multicultural environment, your main role as IT SUPPORT includes:
- Deploy the new version/ hotfixes/ new products on the test/ pre/ pro infrastructure
- User and Workstations support and setup of computers, in PC and MAC environments
- Investigate, diagnose, and efficiently resolve technical issues, providing effective and clear solutions
- Control and maintenance of documentation and assets for the user’s scope (PC, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, etc.)
- Manage Active Directory users, groups and devices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing insights gained from customer support interactions.
- Follow the procedures and instructions of the Integrated Managing Systems of the company
What skills will make you perfect? 🤩
You will rock if you:
- At least Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies (CFGS in Spain)
- Demonstrate experience in Windows Desktop advanced administration (Solving issues, installing SO, Apps, configuring, etc.)
- Networking knowledge
- Windows Server Active Directory Operations
- Microsoft 365 operation and management
- Linux and MacOs knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and problem-solving. Detail-oriented and meticulous, paying attention to small details that can impact product quality
- Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to agile development environments
